Lakeland Community College is proud to announce…. the expanded RED HAT ACADEMY PROGRAM!
What is Red Hat Academy?
|
Why should you consider Red Hat Academy if you are working towards Microsoft certification? A recent agreement with Microsoft will make Red Hat skills a plus: Mike Evans, Vice President of Coporate Development states: "Red Hat and Microsoft customers will have the ability to run Microsoft Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux virtual servers on either host environment with configurations that will be tested and supported by both virtualization and operating system leaders." In addition, he emphasizes why people with dual skills will be in demand: between Red Hat and Microsoft, the two companies control 80% of the enterprise x86 operating systems server market.
