For Registration:
Payment of award is dependent upon registration.
A. If you register for the minimum number of credit hours required
to receive the aid, the funds will be disbursed as a result of
registration. The printed schedule you receive will show any balance
due after the financial aid has been deducted.
Note: if your "balance due" figure does not show a reduction
for the amount
of your financial assistance, stop in the Financial Aid Office
to resolve
the problem or call 440.525.7070 or 1.800.589.8520.
B. If you do not enroll, or if you fail to enroll for the required
number of credits hours, you will not receive the award amount
listed for that academic term. Dropping a class or failure to attend
classes may cause you to owe a repayment of federal funds.
C. Expense checks are issued the third week of each semester.
For Application of Funds to Books, Supplies, and Day Care:
You may choose to sign an authorization to allow the Financial
Aid Office to credit your account for books, supplies, day care
and
other debts to the college.
Forms
are available in the Financial Aid Office or online.
After signing,
you may:
A. Go directly to the Bookstore to purchase books/supplies.
The Bookstore will have a record of your available balance.
B. Go directly to the Cashier to purchase day care coupons
and to make other payments due to the college.
