The Athletic and Fitness Center (AFC), first built
in 1972 and expanded in 1979, was dark and uninviting. The
newly renovated AFC features
lots of light, many windows, new ceilings and lighting, as
well as several new and renovated user-friendly spaces. The
building opened for classes in September, 2000.
Use
of Lakeland's Athletic & Fitness Center is free
to all current students so why not get in shape while you're
taking classes?
