o Assist the AQIP
tri-chairs in coordinating the AQIP process
o Serve and support the AQIP Action project teams
o Communicate all AQIP activities to the campus community
o Coordinate and track the AQIP Project teams’ improvements
o Draft the action project update and systems portfolio
o Collaborate with existing college committees and other
AQIP action project teams when appropriate
o Make recommendations to the Planning Advisory Council
regarding strategic planning related to AQIP
o Encourage, analyze and celebrate team success
o Use various strategies to motivate constituents or
stakeholders
o Review action project teams’ quarterly until
date of completion
o Select process that will be used to determine subsequent
projects based on campus recommendations (i.e. holding
another Conversation Day)
