promptly for all scheduled meetings.
• Prepare for discussion by reviewing documents and information
prior to the meeting.
• Share openly during discussion and be open-minded.
• Be mindful of confidentiality.
• Actively contribute to the work of the team.

Identify ways to share the Team’s positive work
with colleagues and other stakeholders.
Guidelines for Action Project Team Meetings
• Begin and end
meetings on time.
• Follow an agenda and stay on task.
• Consider multiple perspectives and opinions.
• Delegate tasks to team members.
• Identify deadlines for completion of tasks.
• Document decisions and recommendations.
