I planted crabapples in the yard for birds. When in bloom in the spring they are wonderful as attractors for insects and cedar waxwings that seem to like the petals. I used macro technique here with two flash units to show closeup detail of the flower. Two flash units provide balanced lighting with minimal shadows depending on the ratios used.
