Healthcare Career
Pathways (HCP) helps individuals interested
in a healthcare career and those are
already working in the healthcare field
to move up to higher paying jobs through
education and training.
From the dietary
aid working in the hospital who has
an interest in being an x-ray technologist,
to the secretary who has decided to
go into nursing, HCP assists people
in making the right educational choices
so that they can achieve their goals.
Local educators
and regional healthcare employers have
worked to create a system of academic
and service supports which allow area
individuals interested in getting and
education in the healthcare field.
