Before submitting a request for an appeal, please understand the following:
The request must be submitted in writing or online and delivered to room A-2 to the Parking Review Board within 10 business days of receiving the violation.
All fields on the form must be completed.
You will receive a decision within 7 days of submitting an appeal.
Outstanding tickets and unpaid fines may result in your vehicle being towed, the College placing a “hold” on your account, or a student conduct code referral.
If your appeal is denied, you must pay the citation or make an appointment to appeal the decision with a Police Supervisor.
The following reasons are not considered grounds for an appeal:
I was late for class.
Other vehicles were also parked illegally or had an expired meter.
I do not know who was driving my vehicle.
There was no other place to park.
I’m new to campus or just visiting, I did not know the rules.
