Parking and Traffic Regulations
PUBLIC PARKING SPACES are available for students and visitors in the gym, northeast, northwest, business, and engineering parking lots. Students may NOT park elsewhere while on campus. Vehicles may NOT park on dirt or grass, near buildings, or outside of a designated parking space without police authorization. Only vehicles displaying a valid state or college HANDICAPPED decal or permit may use handicapped parking spaces located throughout the campus. Handicapped permits are available from the first-aid station (Room A-5).
Tickets
The fine for parking in a spot designated as handicapped, fire lane, police only, and bus stop is $50.00. The fine for all other violations is $20.00.
Parking tickets and fines issued by the Lakeland police department should be paid at the Cashier's Office located in A-1032 across from the Bookstore.
