Graduate Satisfaction Survey and Graduate Follow-Up Survey
Each year the Institutional Research office conducts two surveys of Lakeland's graduates. The Graduate Satisfaction Survey is completed by graduates at the time of graduation. The Graduate Follow-Up survey is mailed to graduates within one year of completing their degree program.
New Student Satisfaction Survey
The annual New Student Survey captures information on the satisfaction and academic experiences of students in their first months at Lakeland.
Community College Survey of Student Engagement (CCSSE)
Lakeland participates in The Community College Survey of Student Engagement (CCSSE) every three years. The CCSSE provides information about effective educational practices in community colleges and assists institutions in using that information to promote improvements in student learning and persistence. CCSSE’s goal is to provide member colleges with results that can be used to inform decision making and target institutional improvements.
