Students must be a high school graduate or must have received a high school equivalency diploma or must have been certified as having passed a national test such as the General Education Development Test (GED).
Students must maintain full-time status during the season of the sport(s) in which they have chosen to participate (full-time status being 12 credit hours or more).
After the first semester a student athlete must pass 12 credit hours with a 1.75 GPA to remain eligible. At the start of the second season a student athlete must pass a minimum of 24 hours with a 2.0 GPA.
Students are allowed two (2) seasons of competition in any sport at a NJCAA college, if they have not participated at any intercollegiate level during two (2) seasons previously. Playing in one or more regularly scheduled contests prior to post-season competition uses one season of participation in that sport.
The College does not offer housing to students, but there are many apartment complexes in the surrounding area.
Limited scholarships are available. To maintain your scholarship an athlete must maintain a 2.0 overall GPA.
