Membership in the Lakeland Alumni & Friends Network is open to all by filling out and submitting the membership form. A suggested minimum annual gift of $25.00 directed to the Lakeland Alumni & Friends Network fund is strongly encouraged. All gifts support the on-going work and programs of the Lakeland Alumni & Friends Network.
