The Holden University Center is available for business and industry clients as well as schools, nonprofit organizations and government agencies.
All university center spaces are outfitted with state-of-the-art technology and access to an on-site technologist to assist with any technology needs. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. The conference center features 1,800 square feet of meeting space and is designed to be used in whole or divided into two distinct functional rooms.
Separately, each room is equipped with two retractable projector and screens; a SMART interactive presenter podium including a desktop computer, DVD player and document camera. The space is designed to offer a variety of layouts making it ideal for trainings, meeting, conferences, luncheons and more. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Video conferencing and catering are available.
Standard meeting rooms vary in size from 800 to 1,300 square feet and are available in a variety of configurations. A presenter podium including a desktop computer/laptop connections, DVD player and document camera is standard in each meeting room.
All rooms include whiteboards and huddleboards to promote collaboration and connectivity.
Measuring 250 square feet, breakout rooms are ideal for smaller groups or larger meeting with the desire to break out into smaller workgroups or teams.
Each breakout room is equipped with six to eight chairs and offer just the right technology to fit your group's needs.

In a Learn Lab, participants sit at four tables stemming from each corner of the room allowing the facilitator the ability to easy move around and teach from any part of the room.
