Help Desk staff provide help with computer, printer, network, Internet, myLakeland, telephone and voicemail concerns for all campus employees. We provide Help Desk service to students for student email, Blackboard, e-Learning, myLakeland, wireless network access, issues with spyware and other computer problems.

Location:Walk in help is available in C-2060 (across from the C-building elevator on the second floor).
Hours:Fall / Spring Walk-In Hours
Monday - Thursday | 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Friday & Saturday | 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Saturday currently not available due to staffing shortage

Summer Walk-In Hours
Monday - Thursday | 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Friday | 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday CLOSED
