Maintenance includes minor repairs to buildings, furniture, equipment and heating and air conditioning systems. Major repairs and alterations to the physical plant require administrative and, at times, Board of Trustees approval. In addition, no changes in wiring, plumbing or any other network services are to be made without prior approval.
