More Support & College Prep Programs at Lakeland
The Quickstart to College Program helps you prepare for college success and earn college credit at the same time!
If you are enrolled, or plan to enroll at Lakeland Community College for the fall semester, you can take a six-week college prep option that will:
- Help you learn to take an online class. Class includes both in-person and online instruction.
- Allow you to earn one credit hour toward your degree.
Class will involve a combination of in-person and online instruction, meeting on campus Tuesday mornings. Tuition and book costs are waived for all students.
Students who successfully complete Quickstart to College will earn credit for the First Year Experience course (FYEX 1000).
